Counseling Approach
I work with individuals, adolescents, and couples who are high-functioning, responsible, and accustomed to managing intense demands. Many feel pressure to stay composed and productive while privately struggling with anxiety, stress, relationship strain, or difficulty fully disengaging from work and daily responsibilities. Therapy is collaborative and practical, focused on reducing overwhelm, building effective coping strategies, and helping clients feel more present, balanced, and in control, both personally and professionally.
